Man driving on a flat tire charged with OVI: Lakewood Police Blotter
A caller at 2:41 a.m. on Sept. 15 reported a black SUV was driving on Clifton Boulevard near Bunts Road on a flat tire. An officer shortly afterward reported hearing it grinding on the road.
