PILAR, Bataan — A 29- year old man died when he failed to escape from his burning house in Barangay Wakas, at Pilar town in Bataan province on Thursday noon (Oct. 29). Police said the victim’s 69-year-old father who is also a person with a disability was lucky enough to rush out of the burning
