The change did not necessarily go down well with his fans – with some sensationally likening him to one of the X-Men. They’ll bring out shirts like sports clubs now. “It won’t last much longer than two years, got to keep the till ringing.” Littler revealed before the tournament that he would be making the hour-long commute from his Warrington mansion for showdowns. The Nuke told Betfred: “Obviously, I watched everything as a kid. It is so local to me. “It’s not too far away. We can obviously stay at home, travel up the day before, travel up on match day. “It’s a good tournament. It was good to do the triple crown when I won it last year. “That one was the only one that was missing off the CV.
