The “Roseanne” alum alleged to the Hollywood Reporter in an interview published Tuesday that Presley, who died in 2023 at 54, once dubbed the King of Pop her “best lay.” Barr, insisting to the outlet that she was not lying, claimed, “He had it going on. Presley dished on her relationship with Jackson in her posthumous memoir, “From Here to the Great Unknown,” revealing the Grammy winner was “still a virgin” when they met. She recalled in the 2024 book, “I think he had kissed Tatum O’Neal, and he’d had a thing with Brooke Shields, which hadn’t been physical apart from a kiss. He said Madonna had tried to hook up with him once, too, but nothing happened.” Presley remembered being “shocked” when Jackson began “instigating … the physical stuff” and declared he was “not waiting,” and she referred to those days as the happiest she’d ever been. Her mom, Priscilla Presley, also wrote about the romance in her 2025 memoir, “Softly, As I Leave You: Life After Elvis,” noting, “I asked her if they had a physical relationship.
