Lightning kills construction worker in Zamboanga del Sur
PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur—A 51-year-old construction worker died on the spot after being struck by lightning while working at a dump in Labangan town in this province, Friday afternoon, Oct. 9. The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) identified the victim as Dominador Labora, a resident of Purok Santan, Upper Pulacan, Labangan.
