A close friend of Liam Payne has been officially cleared of criminal charges as the investigation into the One Direction singer's tragic death continues. Argentinian businessman Rogelio 'Roger' Nores, 38, has now been fully cleared of all criminal charges relating to Payne's fatal fall from a hotel in late 2024.
