The limited-edition line celebrates the franchise’s 60th anniversary with Dutch ovens, mini cocottes and kitchen accessories inspired by its characters, spacecraft and symbols.The Le Creuset x Star Trek collection is available exclusively through Le Creuset and Williams Sonoma for a limited time. Prices range from $40 to $500.The star of the collection includes the $500 Enterprise Signature Round Dutch Oven depicts the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 flying across Le Creuset’s signature lid rings. A gold Starfleet Delta knob completes the light gray design.Meanwhile, those who love a classic Le Creuset braiser will appreciate the $450 Klingon Signature Braiser. It features a deep blue finish, Klingon designs across its lid and a silver Klingon Trefoil knob. Scinto said the pieces draw from Le Creuset’s signature craftsmanship, colors and designs.What is included in the Le Creuset x Star Trek collection?The $150 Galileo Shuttlecraft Rectangular Covered Casserole resembles the shuttle used to carry crew members into the unknown. Its stoneware body includes the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701/7 designation and classic red detailing.Balok, Gorn and a Talosian each inspire one of the collection’s three $60 mini cocottes. The colorful stoneware dishes are sized for individual servings.The $60 Spock Mug includes a sculpted handle based on the character’s silhouette and real gold detailing around the rim. Le Creuset also turned a classic Star Trek communicator into a working cheese grater. The $68 Communi-Grater folds into the familiar shape of the devices used by Starfleet crews.Lastly, a $55 Live Long & Prosper Spoon Rest and $40 oven mitt feature Spock’s famous Vulcan salute.
