Assistant district attorney Alexandra Cabot is back. Stephanie March will appear in the ninth episode of “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” Season 28 to reprise the role she has played in more than 100 episodes. March was a member of the main “SVU” cast from Season 2 in 2000 to Season 5 in 2003, when Cabot had to fake her own death and enter a witness protection program. She has returned to the series as a guest several times over the years across Seasons 6, 10, 11, 13 and most recently Season 19 in 2018. She also played Cabot in the 2006 legal drama “Conviction,” a short-lived “SVU” spinoff. Besides “SVU,” March’s prominent credits include Ricky Gervais’ 2009 comedy film “The Invention of Lying,” Matthew Newton’s 2017 indie film “Who We Are Now” and Laura Kosann 2019 mockumentary “The Social Ones.” She is repped by Paradigm and Navigation Media Group.
