Labor union sues Kaiser

(CN) — A labor union claims the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan has violated collective bargaining agreements that prohibit it from outsourcing bargaining unit work to non-bargaining unit employees. The union says Kaiser’s plans will eliminate bargaining unit positions in Colorado and have workers outside the state perform the work instead.
