Kylie Jenner Offloads Her Longtime Hidden Hills Home for $15.3 million

Reality star and makeup entrepreneur Kylie Jenner has officially sold the Hidden Hills, California, mansion she has owned since 2016, per Daily Mail. The then–19-year-old paid $12.05 million for the traditional-style new build. Jenner reportedly received $15.3 million for the 1.4-acre property, which hosts eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms across more than 13,200 square feet of interior living space. The final price was a significant discount from the $20.3 million price tag attached when she listed the house in March.“When we started this project, [Jenner] wasn’t even old enough to drink legally. This was her first really grown-up house,” AD100 designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard told Architectural Digest during a 2019 tour of the home. “I told Martyn I wanted a fresh, fun vibe to match the way I was feeling. Color was essential. I love pink, and I wanted a lot of it!” Jenner said at the time, and her designer delivered: He decked the pad out with youthful touches and a candy-coated color scheme. The dwelling has evolved over the years as Jenner has matured and trends have shifted, now imbued with warm neutrals and an air of serenity rather than bold jolts of energy.Built for indoor-outdoor living, the Los Angeles–area dwelling features an open floor plan that spills out to the yard via hideaway glass walls. There’s a patio with an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit lounge, a pool and spa, and a courtyard. Interior amenities include a movie theater, a game room with a wet bar, an office with a fireplace, an attached guest suite, and a lavish primary suite with dual dressing rooms, a sizable seating area, and a private balcony.Join NowAD PRO members enjoy exclusive benefits. It’s been a long time coming; she paid $15 million for the vacant lot back in 2020. The Kardashians star shared a video tour of the construction progress earlier this month, showing off reclaimed wood floors, the future color of her plaster walls, olive trees courtesy of her sister Kendall, and plans for a sports court and outdoor dining-slash-entertaining area.
