“Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars,” Apple TV’s docuseries about the pursuit of the culinary world’s highest honors, is back. Here are the details. Less than one year after the premiere of the first season of “Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars,” the show is back for a new eight-episode run telling the stories of restaurants around the world as they try to earn, keep, or add to their Michelin stars. The show, which is hosted by food and travel expert Jesse Burgess and executive-produced by Gordon Ramsay and Studio Ramsay Global, chronicles restaurants, chefs, and their teams, as well as the relentless work that goes into earning and maintaining the culinary world’s highest recognition.
