Kanlaon Volcano in Negros emits ash on Thursday morning (Aug. 13)
MANILA, Philippines — Kanlaon Volcano in Negros Island Region emitted ash which released plume that rose about 200 meters above its summit on Wednesday morning, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
