JUST IN: Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla and Nhlamulo Ndhlela to challenge expulsion from MK party

The former MPs were expelled in June 2026. Expelled MK party members Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla and former national spokesperson Nhlamulo Ndhlela are challenging their expulsion from Jacob Zuma’s party. Papers filed also argue for the reinstatement of Ndhlela as a member of parliament. The party expelled the two after accusing them of gross misconduct, saying it reached the decision after considering a series of actions, public statements and activities by party president Jacob Zuma’s daughter and the former national spokesperson. The Johannesburg High Court will hear the duo’s application on Tuesday, 6 October 2026. This is a developing story
