Rappler, through its civic engagement arm MovePH, is returning to Cebu City for a series of community activities following its provincial roadshows there in 2012 and 2018. #MoveCebu: Sugbo alang sa Sugboanons, the civic empowerment roadshow, will kickstart with a public forum on Wednesday, October 14 at the University of San Carlos – Downtown Campus from 1 pm to 4 pm. The forum aims to define and assess urban liveability through the lens of local Cebu realities and key challenges like urban flooding, waste management, and disaster recovery following Typhoon Tino (Kalmaegi) and the 6.9 magnitude earthquake in 2025, among others.
