Published October 14, 2026 04:35 PM Cornerbacks Jalen Ramsey and Jamel Dean were both on the Steelers’ injury report to open Week 6. Ramsey did not practice due to a wrist injury. That was also the case in Week 5, but Ramsey returned for limited practices the rest of the week and had nine tackles in their win over the Colts. Dean was inactive for that game due to an ankle injury, but he was limited in Wednesday’s practice and that could bode well for his chances of playing against the Buccaneers this week. Running back Rico Dowdle (toe) was also limited after missing last Sunday’s game. Safety DeShon Elliott (knee) and linebacker T.J. Watt (rest) were the other Steelers in the limited category. Wide receivers Roman Wilson (finger) and Ben Skowronek (calf) did not practice and they’ve been ruled out for this week. Defensive linemen Keeanu Benton (ankle) and Cam Heyward (rest) were also out of practice.
