JAKE Quickenden’s estranged wife Sophie Church has hit back at mum-shamers after she was accused of taking ‘constant’ holidays following her split from the presenter. Taking to Instagram, she wrote: “On route to my sisters. [sic] I wasn’t going to share that I was going away as for some reason it really seems to upset a minority of people, but after thinking about it, why shouldn’t I share a trip that I’ve been so excited for!’ Sign up for the Showbiz newsletter Thank you! She added: ‘I read this quote the other day and it stuck with me: ‘You can’t give your life more time. So give the time you have more life. Don’t just exist, but live.'” Sophie has enjoyed numerous family holidays with her children as she moves on from her marriage split, among them idyllic trips to the Spanish islands of Formentera, Ibiza and Marbella, and luxury hotel stays in the Suffolk countryside. In a recent Instagram post, she wrote: “Just want to say a massive thank you to my mum for coming on these trips with me, for helping me with the 3 wrecking balls (that are the boys), getting my content for me, all whilst keeping me from going insane.” Most read in Showbiz Confirming her separation from Jake in May, a spokesperson told The Sun: “Jake and Sophie have ended their marriage but they remain incredibly amicable.’ “There is still a huge amount of love and respect between them.
