The boy was allegedly raped by a man in an alleyway off London Road, in Portsmouth between 7pm and 8pm on August 6 by a male he had spoken to on a bus. The man was not previously known to the teenager. Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said it launched an investigation into the alleged attack after it was reported to the force five days later. During the probe, a woman, aged in her 20s, made a separate allegation on September 1 that a man had been stalking her for a year and had damaged a family member’s car. Sadiq Farhad Azad, 33, has been charged with raping a 14-year-old boy in an alleyway off London Road, in Portsmouth (pictured), and stalking a womanEnquiries led officers to arrest Azad for both offences. The Iraqi was subsequently charged with rape of a child aged 13 to 15, stalking, and criminal damage to property valued at less than £5,000.
