Iheanacho Reacts to History Making Feat

Super Eagles forward, Kelechi Iheanacho, has promised to maintain his impressive scoring form after making Turkish football history with Bursaspor by scoring in 10 consecutive matches. Iheanacho scored a brace and provided an assist as Bursaspor defeated Mu laspor 3-0 in an away clash. Iheanacho’s brace means he has now extended his scoring streak to 10 consecutive matches in the Turkish First League. He surpassed the scoring streaks of two legends: Metin Oktay of Galatasaray and former Turkish international Saffet Sancaklı. Reacting, the former Manchester City star said he was happy with his performance. “I’m happy with my performance as well, helping the team move up the table.
