Phantom Blade Zero is a long game, and would be much longer if you couldn't fast travel around the map. Luckily, you can do so, and there are a couple of different ways to do so, depending on what resources you have. Fast travel in the game is called Traversal, but it works the same way as in most other games. You can transport yourself to any discovered bell around the map, even in completely different areas of the world, as long as they've been unlocked. Here's how to fast travel in Phantom Blade Zero. How To Fast Travel To fast travel in Phantom Blade Zero, you'll need to use bells. Bells are your hub for nearly everything important in the game, including quick travel. When you interact with the bells, you'll get the option to Traverse, which lets you move around the world quickly. When you select Traverse, the map opens, showing your current location and all the bells on the map. You can select any bell you've previously interacted with and instantly travel there as fast as the loading screen lets you. You don't need to be in the same area of the map to fast travel to a bell. You don't have to be in the same area to do so, meaning you can go back and forth between bells to complete quests as long as you've unlocked that given location. This makes it much easier to leave quests for later, since you don't need to physically run around to reach each spot. How To Fast Travel With Traversal Talismans While the most common way to fast travel is by using bells, you can still travel to any bell from anywhere, even if you're not near one. To do so, you'll need a Traversal Talisman. Luckily, they're not super rare, and you shouldn't need to use them often. The bells aren't so far apart that running to the closest one would be a huge inconvenience, but if you don't feel like taking the extra time, you don't have to, as long as you have a Traversal Talisman. It makes the process easier, and you'll find plenty of them as you explore. Go into the map and hover your cursor over any bell you've discovered. You'll get the option to Traverse to it, and when you do, the game will show a prompt offering to use a Traversal Talisman to travel to your intended location. If you're already close to a bell, however, the game will simply tell you to use that instead.
