The former This Morning host, 45, has long been known for her hourglass figure but in a new chat, she opened up about her changing physique and admitted being pleased to have lost some of her famous curves. Speaking on The Beauty Desk podcast, Holly compared her features to when she was younger as she told how she's now more partial to her more mature face shape and bottom now she's thinned out with age.She said: 'I was always aware when I was younger of having really big old cheeks in my face, I was youthful and squidgy, but I had a squidgy face and this is the lovely thing about getting older is that everything heads south and you thin out and you get a bit more gaunt.'I prefer where my face is now than when I was younger…it's like my bum, when I was young my bum was a real peach, it was really high, it was a big old bum and now it's slightly down my legs I prefer it, because it's not so round.'The TV star went on to rule out having a procedure to enhance her posterior, adding: 'I am definitely not having a bum lift any time soon.' 'We grew up in a time of Kate Moss waif, so that was not my friend growing up,' Holly said.Joanne, 43, replied: 'I remember having any curves was just the most horrifying thing.''Yeah it was,' Holly agreed.Explaining why she likes clothes that accentuate her waist, Holly said: 'I want to show my waist because that's the smallest bit because my bum is big.'Joanne immediately disagreed, telling the presenter: 'You're such a show off. Look at that you've got the perfect figure.'But Holly insisted: 'No I do not, I do not.''That's what the Kardashians are using all those waist trainers to have and putting in all those BBLs,' Joanne added.Holly's comments come almost a decade after she debuted a noticeably slimmer appearance in 2017.The television star has consistently refused to discuss dieting in detail, previously explaining she is reluctant to place too much emphasis on appearance for fear of encouraging unhealthy attitudes towards food.Speaking to Prima magazine in 2018, she said: 'I don't want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance.'As long as I'm being healthy, that's good enough for me. I'm quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it's not the important thing.'
