She also accused him of forcing oral sex and digitally penetrating her.The girl reportedly left the area and contacted her family the next day after suffering a panic attack. He then asked her to join him in the co-ed sauna, accessible through the family locker room.Once inside the locker room, she alleged Biermann "grabbed her by the waist and started kissing her neck and grabbing her butt," then touched her genitals over her clothes "so hard that it hurt." She said she told him no "multiple times," and he allegedly replied "something to the effect that she was lucky he wasn't making her do it," before orally sodomizing her, the report said. She also alleged he digitally penetrated her and "tried multiple times to have sexual intercourse."Surveillance footage showed Biermann entering the locker room with the girl, even though he hadn't scanned into the gym that day.
