The heavy overnight rain flooded many streets across Hanoi, disrupting morning travel. At the city's western gateway, more than 30 centimeters of water covered a section of National Highway 6, occupying nearly all four lanes. Vehicles were forced into the outermost lane, causing congestion in the area. On Thang Long Boulevard toward the city center, a section was flooded by more than 50 centimeters of water, making it impassable for low-clearance vehicles.
