Habib Beirut to open second Baghdad branch at Iraq Mall

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) – Lebanese restaurant chain Habib Beirut Group plans to launch its second branch in Baghdad in December 2026, strengthening its foothold in Iraq with a new site at Iraq Mall. The restaurant will have two levels, seating for approximately 300 people, and views of the mall’s fountain. The new location will provide traditional Lebanese food and hospitality, trying to recreate the ambiance of Beirut in Baghdad. Edarat Hospitality Group-Iraq and the Iraq Mall Team are collaborating on the opening. Habib Beirut already has a restaurant on the fourth floor of the World Heart Hotel in Baghdad’s Al-Jadriyah area, as well as sites at the Gulan Mall in Erbil and Sulaymaniyah. The forthcoming Iraq Mall location will help the brand increase its footprint in Iraq’s burgeoning restaurant and hotel industry.
