GTA 6 radio station samples are live now if you want to listen to some previews

| Games News Reporter Published October 8, 2026 4:44pm Updated October 8, 2026 4:44pm Each station gets its own logo too (Rockstar) Mere hours after another GTA 6 gameplay leak, Rockstar has coincidentally shared new details on the game’s radio stations and is offering samples of what sort of music they’ll play. It’s a double dose of GTA 6 updates today, although not by design. In case you missed it, notorious leaker Cyberleek resurfaced with a hefty new slice of unseen GTA 6 gameplay that featured a naked Jason. Now, Rockstar has something more official – an early look (well, listen) for GTA 6’s various radio stations. This has been a regular feature across the entire GTA series, allowing you to listen to various types of music and talk radio while driving around the open world. It was a safe bet this would return for GTA 6, but Rockstar has now confirmed that you’ll also be able to enjoy listening to music on foot, as well as all-new podcasts. Rockstar has made six of the game’s radio stations available to listen to now, on the official GTA 6 website. The previews aren’t especially long, clocking in at around two minutes or so each, but they offer samples of not only music but also each station’s respective hosts. Want GTA 6 news? The six stations are: Cocoteo FM – plays Latin music, hosted by El Martillo and La Gata Back Country Radio – plays country music, hosted by MW and Delta Dawne AfroBank FM – plays African music, hosted by Burna and Palmsy The Chamber 106.6 – plays metal music, hosted by DJ Kerry and DJ Tom Flash FM – plays pop music, hosted by Robyn and Alex Dirty South Classics – plays rap and hip hop music, hosted by Trick and Trina Presumably, these stations will also inject a bit of talk radio in-between songs for Rockstar to add some cultural commentary and comedy. Back Country Radio, for example, will feature reports from ‘swamp meteorologist’ Mud Dog Mike. As for the podcasts, Rockstar hasn’t provided any examples, but you’ll be able to listen to these on the go by purchasing a pair of headphones or earbuds and connecting them to your phone. This was something that was alluded to in one of the gameplay leaks from August, as footage was shown of Jason perusing earbuds while in a game shop. Rockstar is also using the new music section of the website to remind you to pre-order GTA 6’s soundtrack, alongside previews of some of the new singles by artists like Travis Scott and Keith Richards. The soundtrack launches on November 19 – the same day as the game – but unlike the game, it will be available physically on CD and vinyl, which has naturally earned Rockstar some scorn from physical game enthusiasts.
