Great-gran, 101, arrested for dealing drugs after ‘being found with bags of skunk she was selling to locals’

They also claimed one of her daughters, who lives in Lagos, was the key supplier of the drugs. It is believed the centenarian would receive a batch of drugs every four days and sell it in smaller quantities to paying customers. Shortly after being arrested, Esther was bailed and provided with counselling due to her age. Her daughter has also since been arrested. The case has quickly caught widespread attention due to the OAP’s age, with some labelling her “Granny Escobar”. It claims to have intercepted a wooden boat last Friday, believed to be transporting drugs to Cameroon. It reports having arrested three individuals onboard and seizing more than 42kg of contraband.
