Gemini can now pull up your Google Wallet passes, cards, and spending in one place

Sign in to your Android Police account Google keeps finding new ways and places to integrate Gemini, and now it's coming to an app you probably use almost every day: Google Wallet. Gemini can now pull up relevant information from Google Wallet through the Connected App feature. This comes hot on the heels of Google adding support for over 13 third-party apps to Gemini through MCP. Google's support page says you can get "information and personalized insights based on your saved info from Google Wallet in Gemini Apps." That includes details from saved passes, tickets, loyalty cards, and more (via 9to5Google). Here's what Google says you can do with the Gemini and Wallet integration: Get info from passes, such as loyalty cards, event tickets, and boarding passes Provide insights based on transaction data from financial accounts you’ve linked with services like Plaid Summarize expense activity and get budgeting tips Check and summarize available rewards and special offers based on cards and passes in Google Wallet Since Google is rolling out the feature gradually, it may take a while to show up as a connected app in Gemini on your Google account. Note that the Wallet integration is only available to users 18 and older in the US for now. You can check if the Google Wallet integration is available for you in Gemini by going to Settings > Personal Intelligence > Connected Apps. You can also link Wallet to Gemini from the Android or iOS app. Wallet gives Gemini another piece of your day Credit: Lucas Gouveia / Android Police To summon Wallet inside Gemini, tag it using the "@" symbol followed by your desired action. If you have financial accounts linked through Plaid, Gemini can pull up data from them as well. For example, you can ask Gemini to provide a quick overview of your grocery expenses for the month. While you can use Gemini to analyze your Wallet transactions and quickly get an overview of the available offers, the AI assistant cannot carry out transactions on your behalf using the payment options in Google Wallet. It also cannot access the linked financial accounts. Remember that if you unlink Wallet from Gemini in the future, it won't automatically remove previously saved transaction information. You'll need to delete them manually.
