MARKS & SPENCER has finally launched its Christmas advent calendar – and it features a huge range of the brands’ festive foodhall favourites. Shoppers are now able to order the product online. Stacked with a handpicked selection of sweet treats, rich chocolates and even alcohol, the calendar features a range of the retailer’s signature food hall items. Encased inside a white box featuring a cottage-style illustration, each door contains a full-sized food or beverage item – and even includes a bottle of Champagne Delacourt Brut to celebrate Christmas Day in style. Highlights include a Cranberry and Orange Panettone, a bag of Pick ‘n’ Marks Belgian Milk Chocolate Malt Balls and Hazelnut Crème Truffles, designed to delight those with a sweet tooth. Meanwhile, the Marksologist Salted Caramel Espresso Martini Cocktail and Marksologist Spicy Mezcal Margarita are the prefect tipple to countdown the days before the festivities begin. But there are plenty of items for savoury lovers too, with the inclusion of pretzels and a Sticky Fig and Hot Honey Chutney – building into the growing “swavoury” (sweet and savoury) trend. The retailer also guarantees all products inside the advent calendar are expected to last until at least January 10, 2027, although many have longer expiration dates.
