Four killed in attacks on Riyadh airport, Saudia confirms employee’s death

Three Saudi citizens were killed in two separate attacks on the airport, while several people of other nationalities sustained injuries ranging from minor to serious, Saudi Arabia's Civil Aviation Authority said. The first attack targeted airport facilities and the second struck a Saudi Airlines aircraft, the authority added. Saudi Arabia's national airline said one of its employees was killed in Thursday's attacks against King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, which also left an aircraft on the ground damaged. Saudia added that the aircraft had no passengers on board and that flights and airport operations resumed on Thursday.
