SCRANTON, Penn. — A federal court in Pennsylvania allowed a man to proceed with his false arrest, false imprisonment and malicious prosecution claims against a Williamsport police officer stemming from his arrest for an armed home invasion after later fingerprint and DNA testing excluded him as a source.
