See more Daily Mail on Google - save us as a Preferred Source Published: 12:50 EDT, 19 September 2026 | Updated: 12:52 EDT, 19 September 2026 A grieving family have paid tribute to a 'loving partner and son' who was stabbed to death on a residential street lined with million-pound homes in north London.Reece Salmon, 28, was attacked on Lloyd Baker Street, Clerkenwell, shortly before 11.20pm on Wednesday.He was rushed to hospital but tragically died on Thursday.In a heart-breaking statement, Reece's family said: 'We are utterly devastated by this loss. 'Reece was a loving partner and son, and he leaves behind many friends and loved ones.'It is impossible to put our loss into words.'Detectives are now hunting for the knifeman, but no arrests have been made as of yet. A number of floral tributes have also been left at the scene by family and friends.Homes on Lloyd Baker Street have been sold for as much as £2.25million in the last year, making it one of the area's more expensive addresses.Police have been handed enhanced powers to stop and search people and vehicles across three parts of London amid heightened security.
