For me, whenever I close my eyes and think "Fallout," the wastelands of New Vegas immediately pop up in my mind. For some, it's Washington D.C. and the Capital Wasteland. For others, it's a more old-school setting. No matter where you prefer Fallout to take place, there are tons of stories to tell, especially when it comes to a post-apocalyptic setting. The framework of Fallout allows for all sorts of chicanery beyond the thrilling landscapes and dangerous wastelands, which fans are already taking to. Over on Reddit, fans are clamoring over the settings that are coming to the Fallout universe, and there are quite a few. All the information for the Fallout Tabletop RPG has been collated in one place, and it's incredible to see just how expansive the game is going to be by the end of 2027. Fallout: The Roleplaying Game was released digitally back in March 2021 by Modiphius Entertainment, and rolled out in physical form by the end of that year. It uses the 2d20 tabletop system (with modifications) and is still supported to this day. So here's the plan for the Fallout Tabletop RPG. Right now, the New Vegas setting guide is up for pre-order and includes 25 new settings, along with a 128-page hardcover book. Two character origins are also available, including the Courier and a member of the Three Families. There are also eight more character traits, seven new perks, and some gambling rules. For parties who want to expand their gambling horizons, there's a Royal Flush book too. After that, the New California setting will come to the forefront via the New California guide. It's from the Fallout 1 era, due out by the end of 2026 in digital form, with a physical release later. Not a ton of information is known about this one at this time, but it's on the way. What fans are really intrigued about, however, are the 2027 plans. The Capital Wasteland (Fallout 3), the Commonwealth (Fallout 4), and Appalachia (Fallout 76) are going to be included. As the community has pointed out, this allows Fallout fans to craft an RPG adventure that spans multiple regions, potentially the entire timeline of the games. Fallout enthusiasts will want to check out some of these stories to see how the added lore has been incorporated. It's a nice supplement to the games if you've already played them to exhaustion.
