Moshe Feiglin, who has called for the ethnic cleansing of Gaza’s entire Palestinian population and branded Palestinian babies enemies, is projected to return to Israel’s parliament. The Zehut leader ran second on a joint list with the far-right Bezalel Smotrich’s Religious Zionism party, which is on course to secure six seats. The count remains provisional. Feiglin has repeatedly targeted Palestinian children in his statements about Gaza. “Every child, every baby in Gaza is an enemy,” he said on Channel 14 in May 2025, during remarks opposing humanitarian aid entering the territory. In June 2024, he invoked Adolf Hitler during a Channel 12 discussion, drawing a parallel between Hitler’s determination to eliminate Jews and his own demand that no Palestinian should remain in Gaza. He renewed his calls for ethnic cleansing in an interview with The Jerusalem Post this month. “Occupation, transfer all, all the Arabs. I don’t care,” he said. In a separate i24NEWS interview this month, Feiglin endorsed expelling everyone, including premature newborns, from Gaza.
