Emma Willis joins fellow Strictly hosts Josh and Johannes as they begin rehearsals – and learn their own dance routine

NEW Strictly Come Dancing is on the way and its trio of hosts have given a glimpse into the first episode of the year. Josh Widdicombe posted on his Instagram account alongside co-hosts Emma Willis and Johannes Radebe to share that they have been working on a dance number together. Written in the post’s caption, Josh gushed about the great time he’s been having with Emma and Johannes and hyped up what’s to come. He shared: “Lovely couple of days in London prepping and learning a dance with these legends. One user said: “This is so exciting guys!!!” A second shared: “Oh I can’t wait!” Meanwhile a third added: “So excited cannot wait… Enough of heatwaves now let’s get cosy with strictly.” Most read in TV The post comes just after Emma dropped a hint that there will be a major shake-up to Strictly taking place this year. During their tenure on the show, Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman were known for signing off Strictly Come Dancing by saying the catchphrase “keep dancing” together whilst clasping hands and pretending to waltz. Speaking on Magic Radio Breakfast with husband Matt, 43, Emma was asked by host Harriet Scott, 54, if she would be doing the same with Josh and Johannes – noting it “could be difficult with three”. She revealed: “At the minute we’re having like loads of production days and we’re playing with who’s with who and how does it work – but I should imagine we’ll need to have something!” Strictly is set to return to the BBC on 19 September, with the first live show airing on 26 September.
