Eagles OLB Jonathan Greenard limited in Wednesday's practice

Published September 9, 2026 08:13 PM Outside linebacker Jonathan Greenard returned to practice on Wednesday, and the Eagles’ practice report shows he was limited. That was expected as he works his way back from a pectoral injury.Greenard missed all of training camp after straining a pectoral muscle while lifting weights earlier in the summer. He went on the active/physically unable to perform list but chose not to move him to reserve/PUP.That indicates the Eagles expect Greenard to play sometime in the first four weeks.The Eagles traded for Greenard in April, sending two third-round draft picks to the Vikings for the star pass rusher. Philadelphia then signed him to a four-year, $100 million extension.Rookie tight end Eli Stowers (hamstring) was the only other player on the team’s injury report. He also was limited.
