E-Check could be ending for Northeast Ohio drivers
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine announced he has started the process for ending the vehicle emissions testing program in seven Northeast Ohio counties. Ohio still needs U.S. EPA approval, but the state plans to submit its request before the end of the year.
