Driver dead after single-car crash Saturday morning in Norwich

Norwich officials say a driver is dead after a single-car crash around 8:30 a.m. on Taftville-Occum Road. “Bystanders who heard the crash rushed to the scene and began CPR on the male driver and sole occupant of the vehicle,” they said.
