DOH: Leptospirosis cases exceed 10,000 as of Sept. 16
MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Health (DOH) recorded 10,936 cases of leptospirosis as of Sept. 16, a 38% increase from the 7,931 cases reported during the same period last year.
