(credit: Michael Priest)Horn urges Jewish educators to approach antisemitism with ‘curiosity and courage’Naama Klar, the director of ANU’s Koret International School for Jewish Peoplehood, said the network’s rapid growth reflected educators’ need to explore questions about Jewish identity and belonging, particularly since October 7.“They should be explored together, in conversation with educators from across the Jewish world,” she said.Horn, the author of The Final Solution to the Jewish Question: A Love Story for the Living and People Love Dead Jews and the founder of the Tell Institute, inaugurated the English-speaking community with a webinar titled: How to Bring the Story of the Jewish People to Our Students and Communities.Drawing on her educational work, she has encouraged participants to approach contemporary discourse with “curiosity and courage” and discussed how to understand and address antisemitism.“Ultimately it’s a lie – a lie that people use to gain or maintain power,” Horn said.For more information, visit koretcenter.orgFollow us on Google
