Chloe Ferry publicly exposes ‘friend’ who sent her ‘threatening’ messages & vows to call police – as she demands apology

CHLOE Ferry has revealed she has become the target of ‘threatening’ and ‘extremely hurtful’ messages online – from someone she knows. Chloe Ferry has been the subject of ‘threatening’ messages online Credit: Getty In a defiant statement, Chloe revealed that she has since learned that the person behind the messages is someone she knows Credit: Instagram/chloegshore1 Sharing an update to Instagram today, the 31-year-old issued a statement where she shockingly explained that she’s since identified the person behind the messages as someone who was previously a part of her life. “After spending more than 48 hours feeling anxious, distressed and targeted by extremely hurtful and threatening messages on social media, I have unfortunately discovered that the account behind these messages is owned and controlled by someone I actually know – someone who was, at one point, a part of my life. The reality star added that she was “disappointed”, “genuinely shocked” and “incredibly upset” by the revelation. “This message is directed to the prson responsible I now hnow who you are,” she continued in her post. “I am giving you 24 hours to contact me directly with a genuine apology and an explanation as to why you chose to do this. Chloe demanded the culprit apologise within 24 hours or she would go to the police Credit: chloegshore1/instagram It comes as Chloe shared a romantic spa getaway for her birthday with boyfriend Alex Swinney Credit: chloegshore1/instagram “If you chose not to I will be taking the evidence I have collected to the police and allowing them to deal with the matter and establish you intentions themselves.” She concluded: “I will not tolerate threats, harassment or intimidation regardless of who is behind the account.” Chloe also shared the post to her Instagram stories reiterating the time frame with “24 hours” as her caption. The Celebrity Big Brother star failed to disclose the person’s identity online in her post. Most read in TV Chloe’s co-stars were quick to rally around her in her time of need as they left messages of support in the comments section. “Love you my darling girl,” penned Geordie Shore alumni Nathan Henry, while Marnie Simpson simply wrote: “Wtffff.” In her previous statement issued this week, Chloe shared that while she was used to ‘nasty’ comments being in the public eye, the latest messages she had received ‘crossed a completely different line’. “No one should have to read something like that, and it has left me feeling incredibly unsafe.” Chloe joined the Geordie Shore cast in 2015 during its tenth season.
