His post has gone viral, garnering hilarious comments from people baffled by the quality of the vegetable.X user Ashwin Murali shared pictures of his order, claiming he received 300 grams of leaves and stems but only 149 grams of florets. Frustrated with the delivery, Ashwin criticised the platform and questioned why customers should pay for something of such poor quality.“It is better to beg on the streets than this kind of looting!” he wrote.Ashwin also said he was unhappy with how his complaint was handled. According to him, Zepto’s customer-support bot rejected his request for a refund or replacement and directed him to send an email instead.
