COLE PALMER is no stranger to becoming a meme. But often there is a shroud of mystery surrounding the Chelsea number 10, which is perhaps, in a way, what makes him so loveable. Instead he chose a viral image of him scratching his head, and revealed the true meaning behind it. “I remember we had an indirect free-kick against Villa, and I was gonna do my own thing. “Then someone has come up to me and said “aim for the keepers’ legs”, I’m looking at him thinking, bro what? “That’s what he was saying to me, but then on Instagram they just caption it however they want – that was it though.” In a 15-minute interview on CFC+, that wasn’t the only bit of Cole-dust sprinkled in. It was mad, he started singing to her on stage, it was mad.” Palmer, of course, is in a relatively fresh relationship himself with model and influencer Olivia Holder, with the pair being together for just less than a year.
