During his absence, his driver called patients in the OPD, heard their complaints and prescribed medicines. Patients seen in the video were also told to purchase the prescribed medicines from a medical store outside the hospital.The video later surfaced online and went viral, prompting the hospital administration to seek an explanation from the doctor.
