Please try againSubsequent to the end of the quarter, the Company announced the closing of its upsized initial public offering which consisted of a treasury offering by Cadillac Mines of 18,845,000 common shares at $6.90 per share and 6,303,000 special flow-through shares at $9.52 per share, for gross proceeds of $190.0 million to Cadillac Mines.
