Bucket – “Strung Out”

Bucket are an experimental noise-rock trip from Dublin featuring vocalist Cian Dahdouh, bassist Emmet McNamee, and drummer Korey O'Bryne. In April, they released a tattered and deranged EP Mosaic. Today, they've returned with a new single "Strung Out." It's enraged and venomous. It's great.Dahdouh shared some insight about the song: The song is about the conflicting feelings of pride and shame surrounding national identity. We want to be proud of our country and culture, but at the same time we can’t ignore the major issues affecting it and everyone living here. We were inspired to write it after feeling that the huge growth in popularity of Irish culture and media on the global stage was something of a double-edged sword.Watch the music video below.
