(ABC News: Lauren Smith)A 38-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a 28-year-old woman in Perth's south-eastern suburbs.St John WA paramedics found the woman unresponsive at a home on Taree Street in the suburb of St James on Wednesday night.Police were called to the scene and the woman was taken to Royal Perth Hospital but was declared dead.Police have alleged the incident is a case of family and domestic violence.
