Boy dies, 5 hurt in Isabela blast
ROXAS, Isabela — An 8-year-old boy died and five others, including his 85-year-old grandmother, were injured when an alleged improvised explosive device (IED) detonated in Sitio Raniag, Barangay Sinamar, on Sunday morning, authorities said. According to the police, the boy’s grandmother and three other minors, all residents of the village, were wounded in the explosion.
