On their Instagram, the festival announced he was no longer performing due to "a personal emergency." He was arrested in the Dallas suburb of Allen and booked into the Collin County Jail. He was slated to perform at the Iowa State Fair today, but The Des Moines Register reports that records show he hasn't been released as of Saturday morning.
