Bayern Munich 'open door to Michael Olise bids' as executive makes telling statement

Bayern Munich may soften their stance on selling Michael Olise next summer, after spending much of this summer insisting the Frenchman was untouchable.Olise has emerged as one of Europe’s most productive forwards since leaving Crystal Palace to join the perennial Bundesliga champions.Real Madrid were known to hold a serious interest in taking him on earlier this summer, but Bayern representatives made repeated media appearances insisting he was not for sale. Paris Saint-Germain were also said to be keen on signing him. But a new interview given by Bayern CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen suggests Olise could leave the club following the 2026/27 campaign.Speaking to German TV channel Sport1, Dreesen refused to say for certain whether he would still ply his trade at the Allianz Arena next season: “In this business, making promises is tricky.Bayern Munich may consider bids for Michael Olise next seasonGetty“Will we be able to retain him permanently?
