BAGUIO CITY — The city government is addressing reported cases of student violence as the Pinget National High School urged the public to stop sharing a video involving its learners, saying its continued circulation could affect the minors involved. Local officials on Friday reported that the cases are being investigated and reiterated the city’s zero-tolerance
