Apple TV's Biggest Thriller of 2026 Is Officially Getting a Surprise New Release This Week

While you wait to find out what will happen to Mayor Tom Loftis (Matthew Rhys), Patricia (Kate O'Flynn), Wyck (Stephen Root), Rosemary (Dale Dickey) and the rest of the inhabitants of this cursed New England island town, a new Widow's Bay release will give you a fresh dose of showrunner Katie Dippold's hit show. Polygon is thrilled to exclusively announce that Apple TV has partnered with pop-culture collectible company Mutant and Milan Records to release a physical recording of composer David Fleming's Emmy-winning Widow's Bay score. The release comes at three different tiers, ranging from a two-record vinyl box set loaded with extra goodies to a CD (remember those?) and pre-orders launch Friday, September 11 at 10am PT/12pm CT/1pm ET at MadeByMutant.com. “We are thrilled to be releasing Widow’s Bay across three physical formats," Mutant co-founder Spencer Hickman told Polygon in a prepared statement. "Katie Dippold gifted us a living, breathing world that was meticulously mapped out, and David’s score is so beautiful and strange, making our job an absolute breeze. It was an incredible thrill to work on this project and to help bring the next Martha’s Vineyard to life for physical media fans.
